[Seborrheic Skin] Does seborrheic hair loss have no effect on planting hair?

I'm going crazy because of this hair loss.

Because I'm a soldier now (I'm cutting my hair as a sport, not a half-haired one because it's a little comfortable) I cut my hair short, so my hair is empty and if I'm under the sun, the class leaders ask me why I don't have a lot of hair. I've been in the hospital for about two years (before I joined the military), but I didn't particularly apply anything like pfen or minok and only applied seborrheic dermatitis medication. And I use Tritcomin Shamp and (I don't use tonic) I only use dandruff Shamp. Until last year, my boredom improved a lot and my hair was good (but it was obvious when I was in the light)ㅜ)) I think it got worse after I joined the army ㅜ지금인데 I'm 25 now, but I think I'm already transplanted, and I'm thinking about trying PPE... Oh, I'm going crazy.

And the hospital has been giving me Polimax instead of Tritcomin these days, has anyone tried this? I'm using this Shamp and tonic, but I'm curious because no one is using it. Should I just ask for Tritcomin again to be safe
