Hello, I'm a 35 year old guy with seborrheic scalp inflammation everywhere.
I don't know when it started. In the first place, my skin was so good until I was in high school that I just needed to put on toner..
My skin started to get damaged after I was discharged from the military. Acne on the face and pimples on the head.
I thought I could just leave the pimple on my face, but at some point, when I was stressed or in a bad condition, I was habitually tearing my hair out.
People with seborrheic scalp infection, you know that, right? I was touching my hair without realizing it and kept giving it to me if there was something like a cliché.. It's a habit
As I squeezed it out, the area gradually widened and it didn't heal. I have short hair, but I can see red pimples everywhere on my scalp
They even ask. (Why is your scalp so red, your scalp is so red when you get a haircut) The more you listen to it, the more stressed you get
I think so. So I decided to do anything to get rid of it.
The most important thing is life patterns, too. I thought it would be better to fix irregular eating habits and sleep patterns. Additionally
Cooling shampoo, scalp improvement pills that are good for scalp, ointment, etc. Actually, cooling shampoos are just hwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, I don't know if it's better
I'm eating it because it's famous in the tea, but I think it's definitely less pouty because of the placebo effect. I only apply ointment when it's really bad
I hope you don't focus on just one thing and get better by eating things like lifestyle and products that are good for your scalp like me.
I'll eat something that's consistently good and work out hard to get better. Fighting..
