Terms and Conditions of Service

Chapter 1 General Principles 

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe matters concerning the terms and conditions of use and procedures of all services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by DaMo Dotcom Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "DAEDAMO").

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows.

1. User: A person who receives services provided by DAEDAMO pursuant to these Terms and Conditions

2. Contract for Use: A contract concluded between the DAEDAMO and the user in connection with the use of the service.

3. Subscription: The act of completing the service use contract by filling in the relevant information on the application form provided by Daemo and agreeing to these terms and conditions

4. Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information necessary for membership registration on this site

5. User number (ID):Names selected by users and approved by DAEDAMO for the identification of members and the use of members' services (in principle, only one ID shall be issued to one mobile phone number).

6. Password (PASSWORD):A combination of English characters, numbers, special characters, etc. set by the user to protect the member's information

7. Point : Data on the service that can be used within the DAEDAMO according to the user's activities

7. Termination of use: Expression of intention to terminate the contract of use by Daemo or a member after the use of the service

Article 3 (Effects and Changes of Terms and Conditions)

A member may request withdrawal (rescission) if he does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, and if he/she continues to use the service without expressing his/her intention to reject the changed terms and conditions seven days after the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to the changes in the terms and conditions

① This will take effect by posting on the service screen of these terms and conditions, or by notice on the notice board or otherwise.

② DAEDAMO may change the terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and the changed terms and conditions will be announced on the service screen, and if it continues to use the service without expressing its refusal seven days after the announcement, it will be deemed to have agreed to the changes.

③ If the user does not agree to the changed terms and conditions, he/she may stop using the service and cancel his/her membership registration, and if he/she continues to use it, he/she shall be deemed to have agreed to change the terms and conditions, and the changed terms and conditions will take effect in the same way as in the preceding paragraph.

Article 4 (Applicable provisions)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are subject to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act and other relevant statutes.

Chapter 2 Service Use Contracts

Article 5 (Establishment of a contract for use)

The use contract is established with the consent of the DAEDAMO to the user's application for use and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

The application for use can be made by recording the personal information of the individual on the subscription application form requested by the DAEDAMO on the member information screen of the service.

Article 7 (approval of application for use)

① If a member applies for use by accurately filling out all the matters in the application form, we accept the application for use of the service unless there are special circumstances.

② In any of the following cases, consent to use may not be granted.

1. If you don't apply under your real name

2. When an application is made using the name of another person

3. Where the details of the application for use are falsely stated

4. Where an application is made for the purpose of hindering the well-being and culture of society

5. Where other application requirements for use are not met by the DAEDAMO;

Article 8 (Change of contract matter)

Members shall correct any changes made at the time of application for use, and the member shall be responsible for any problems caused by not revising them.

Chapter 3 Duties of Contracting Parties

Article 9 (Obligation of DAEDAMO)

DAEDAMO shall not divulge or distribute to third parties any personal information of Members that it knows in connection with the provision of the Services without their consent. However, this is not the case if there is a request from a state agency pursuant to the provisions of the Framework Act on Telecommunications, or if there is an investigative purpose for a crime or a request by other related laws.

Article 10 (Duties of Members)

① A member shall not engage in any of the following acts when he/she uses the service.

1. fraudulent use of another member's ID

2. Reproduction, publication, or provision of information obtained from services to third parties

3. Acts that infringe on the copyright of the DAEDAMO and other rights, such as the copyright of a third party.

4. The act of disseminating content that violates public order and good manners

5. an act that is objectively judged to be linked to a crime

6. Other acts in violation of relevant laws and regulations

② Members may not conduct business activities using the service, and DAEDAMO shall not be responsible for the results of business activities.

③ A member may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other use contract status to another person, nor may he/she provide it as collateral.

Chapter 4 Use of Services

Article 11 (Duties of Members)

① Members are responsible for maintenance such as their own mail, bulletin boards, and registration data as needed.

② Members may not arbitrarily delete or change the materials provided by the DAEDAMO.

③ Members shall not register content that violates public order and customs or other rights, such as copyrights of third parties, on the DAEDAMO's website. Members are fully responsible for the consequences of publishing such content.

Article 12 (Management and Deletion of Posts)

For efficient service operation, members' memory space, message size, and storage days can be restricted, and if the registered content falls under each of the following subparagraphs, it can be deleted without prior notice.

1. Where it is a content that smears another member or a third party or damages the reputation by slander

2. Where the content is in violation of public order and good manners

3. Where the content is deemed to be linked to a criminal act

4. In the case of infringement of other rights, such as the copyright of the DAEDAMO and the copyright of a third party.

5. Where a member posts obscene materials on the website and bulletin board of DAEDAMO or links obscene sites;

6. Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations

Article 13 (copyrights of posts)

The copyright of the post belongs to the DAEDAMO at the same time as it is written, and the godmother pays points as compensation. Rewarded points can be used like cash in the mass.

Copyrighted posts cannot be used by a third party by any other method, such as reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, arbitrary processing, and editing, without prior consultation, such as unauthorized reproduction, unauthorized use, etc., without prior consent from the DAEDAMO.·All legal responsibilities arise in criminal cases.

Article 14(Point)

① DAEDAMO will pay points to its members as agreed and notified by the Company.

② Points can be accumulated and used according to the criteria set by the DAEDAMO.

③ Points cannot be used for inheritance, rental, transfer, or collateral purposes. However, exceptions are made when the company recognizes it.

④ If you earn a point in a fraudulent way, the point is treated as zero.

⑤ The point of the member who has been notified of the termination of the contract and the restriction of use under Article 18 shall be immediately extinguished and the member shall not object.

Article 15 (Time to use the service)

In principle, the use of the service is 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day, 24 hours a year, unless there are special business or technical difficulties. However, this is not the case in the event of a reason such as a regular inspection.

Article 16 (Liability for Service Use)

Do not use the service to hack, link pornographic sites, or illegally distribute commercial S/W, and DAEDAMO shall not be responsible for the results and losses of business activities caused by violations, legal actions by related agencies, etc.

Article 17 (Suspension of Service Provision)

You can stop providing services in any of the following cases.

1. In case of inevitability due to construction, such as repair of service facilities, etc

2. When a telecommunications service provider suspends telecommunications services as prescribed by the Telecommunications Business Act

3. If system inspection is required

4. If there are other force majeure reasons

Chapter 5 Termination of Contracts and Restrictions on Use

Article 18 (Termination of Contract and Restriction on Use)

① Where a member intends to terminate the use contract, the member himself/herself shall apply for the termination directly through the menu within the service, In the DAEDAMO, we check whether it is you or not..

② DAEDAMO shall, when a Member commits any of the following acts, notify the Customer of the intention 30 days prior to the termination of the action, and give him/her the opportunity to state his/her opinion:

1. In the case of theft of another person's user number and password

2. Intentionally obstructing the operation of the service

3. Falsely applying for membership

4. If the same user double-registers with a different user number

5. In the case of disseminating content that is hindered by public order and beauty

6. Where a person commits an act that damages or disadvantages the reputation of another person

7. In the case of transmitting a large amount of information or transmitting advertising information for the purpose of hindering the stable operation of the service

8. In the case of distributing computer virus programs, etc. that cause malfunction of information and communication facilities or destruction of information, etc

9. DAEDAMO or infringement of intellectual property rights of other members or third parties;

10. In the case of fraudulent use of another person's personal information, user number and password

11. Where a member posts obscene materials on his/her website or bulletin board or links obscene sites

12. Earn points in a negative way, If you use it

13. Where it is deemed to be in violation of other relevant laws and regulations

Chapter 6 Other

Article 19 (Prohibition of Transfer)

A member may not transfer or gift the right to use the service or other status in the use contract to another person, and may not provide it as collateral.

Article 20 (Compensation for damages)

DAEDAMO shall not be liable for any damages to the Member in connection with the services provided free of charge, except for damages caused by intentional or gross negligence of DAEDAMO.

Article 21 (Exemption Clause)

① DAEDAMO is exempt from responsibility for providing services if it is unable to provide services due to natural disasters, war, or other equivalent force majeure.

② DAEDAMO is exempt from liability for damages caused by unavoidable reasons such as repair, replacement, regular inspection, and construction of service facilities.

③ DAEDAMO shall not be responsible for any impairment in the use of services due to reasons attributable to its members.

④ DAEDAMO is not responsible for any damages caused by the benefits that Members expect from the Services or by the Materials obtained through the Services.

⑤ DAEDAMO shall not be responsible for the information, materials, reliability, accuracy, etc. posted by Members on its Services.

Article 22 (Jurisdiction Court)

If a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of the service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the DAEDAMO shall be the exclusive jurisdiction court.
