- 'Write 1 evaluation article (for hospital, doctor's information or hair loss products) + 1 post + 10 comments (addressed)'
- If you leave a post on the climbing application board after earning a total of 600 points or more, you will automatically climb

However, simple question-type writing and comments for climbing are excluded from the numbers.
If you don't have a post to write, you can post an episode of hair loss in your life or a treatment method you are currently working on.
