오늘 다시 병원에서 처방을 받았습니다. 프페정품2달, 제너릭6개월 복용중에 효과를 보다가 갑자기 탈모가 약 복용전 만큼 빠지기 시작해 걱정끝에 오늘 병원에 갔었더람니다. 탈모 진행이 가속화 되었다고 말하니, 약을 바꿔보자고 하면서 피나스테리드 5mg을 추천하고, 복용 방업을 설명해 주었습니다. 알약을 먹을때 한알을 이빨로 깨서 반쪽만 먹어라~~~~ 머릿속에서 계산하길 2.5mg씩 복용을 하라는 것이군 했죠. 의사왈, 1mg을 복용했을때 DHT 가 50% 감소했다면 5mg을 복용했을때 70%가 감소한다, 그 20%때문에 당장 5mg으로 가는 것보다 2.5mg으로 먼저 가라..... 하더군요(이렇게 한 1년치를 처방해 줬습니다).
의사의 처방을 의심하는 것은 아니지만, 좀 궁굼합니다. 저처럼 처방받은 분들이 있는지....
