I'm starting to re-apply minoxidil (logain foam) properly, but I heard that it's good to apply it twice a day through clinical trials.

If I apply it twice, do I shampoo twice, dry it, and apply it day and night? I don't think shampooing often will have a good effect on hair loss.. Please help me!
