이건 제 개인적인 생각임당.
일단 프로스카의 탈모치료 메카니즘을 말씀드리면, 5-알파-reductase의 효소가 남성호르몬(testosterone)을 dihydro testosterone(D.H.T)으로 전환시키는데 이 DHT가 머리의 모낭세포의 단백질 합성을 방해하여 모낭생장을 단축하여 탈모가 되는데 탈모치료제인 피네스트리드는 이 5-알파-reductase효소를 억제하여 DHT생산못하게 하는 약임당.
그런데 피나스테리드가 5-알파-reductase를 억제하는것이지 2차성징에 관계되는 남성호르몬 자체를 억제하는것이 아니므로 복용하셔도 크게 상관없을 듯 함당.
이 문제는 탈모 치료 전문 피부과나 모발 이식 전문 병원의 의사가 아니면 쉽게 답변 못해줄껌당.
실제로 울 동네 피부과 의사는 프로페시아가 탈모치료제로 나왔다는것만 알뿐 그 메커니즘이 뭔지도 모르더군염.
하지만 일단 복용하시기전에 확실히 유전에 의한 남성형 탈모인지를 확인하셔야 할테니 동네 피부과 말구 큰 병원이나 탈모 전문 피부과 가셔서 진단을 해보시구 복용하세염.
혹여 스트레스성 탈모인데 프페먹으면 약값이 아깝지염! ^^;
