I was prescribed PPE and Nanoxidil for hair loss on the top of my head
Nanoxidil doesn't apply well, so Nanoxidic only uses it for the first three months
I've been eating well for a year and a half
I think the hair that gets chapped after I wake up and after shampooing has decreased significantly

But sometimes I use two mirrors to check the top of my head, but it doesn't feel like my hair has gotten thicker or improved a lot, but I think I just keep it.
So I've been taking biotin together since 3 months ago, but I think my eyes have gotten darkercrying
I think I've been getting a lot of oil on my hair these days and I have a lot of worries crying

1. Can I eat both ppe and biotin?
2. What's the best way for top hair loss..?
