I am 24 years old college student..
Currently, hair loss is early to mid-term, and treatment has been started for about a year.
My treatment journal is as follows.
First 1 month: Pinasteride copy drug + minoxidil tablet + several vitamins
-> It was the first dermatologist I visited last summer because I was worried about the thick hair. I didn't know anything about Pina or Dutta, but the doctor prescribed it to me like that.. As I remember, the treatment was not long, and "It's male plastic hair loss. I'll make you several medicines, so try it and come back if you like it." He added minoxidil for oral use...^^;; Now that I think about it, I think I've seen a lot of ungreening effects.
Next 0.5 Months: Professionalsia
-> I went to another dermatologist with the intention of going to several dermatologists, and they gave me a month's worth of professionalism because they said it was male hair loss.
Next 1.5 months: Pina, not taking Dutta. a steroid prescription.
-> I visited the dermatology department at the university hospital. I suddenly became aware of hair loss, so maybe because it was not well recognized as genetic hair loss until this time, but my opinion (my hair suddenly fell out) was actively appealed to the dermatologist, and the doctor diagnosed me with stress-related hair loss, and as a result, I only treated steroid drugs. My hair condition gradually improved when I was treated with steroids for the first time, so I thought it was really stressful hair loss, but now that I think about it, it's the ungreening effect I took two months ago.
Next 3 months: a little steroid drug, a pinasteride copy drug every other day.
-> Although it improved a little, it was still not satisfactory, so I was recommended to take pinasteride every other day when I consulted with the dermatologist at the university hospital.
Next 3 months: Pinasteride daily 1 pill + Keracidil 3 pills + Medilac 3 pills
-> Around February of this year, I recognized that my hair was thinning again, and after consulting with members of various DAEDAMO, I decided to take one pill a day. I also received treatment at Chungbuk National University once, and I started to use yeast nutritional supplements as recommended by Professor Yoon.
Next 3 months: Dutasterid daily 1 pill + Keracidil 3 pills + Medilak 3 pills
-> I think I'm getting insensitive to pinasterids because it's been 9 months since I started treatment.. I was increasingly worried about M-shaped hair loss, so I boldly transferred to Dutasteride (Damorxx).
I'm currently transferring, but I don't see any significant difference.. Maybe because I keep growing my hair out, there are more hair that falls out in the shower than before. But it's better in appearance than when I don't eat it every other day and then it's reduced. However, it still hasn't improved, so we're going to add a minoxidil tablet that had a big effect at the beginning in the future. I've been using minoxidil for about two years. I've only applied it to the top of my head, but I've been applying it to the M-shaped line for about half a year. I think it worked in the early days, so now I'm only applying it before I go to bed because I'm scared to cut it off...! The M-shaped part is repeatedly hairy and then lost. But I'm still going to keep applying it. That's about it.
