[Minoxidil Tablet] Minoxidil question!!

I bought 5% Minoxidil and I'm using it
They told me to apply it in the morning and evening
It's not good to apply it in the morning because it gets oily every time I apply it
I wonder if it's okay if you don't apply it in the morning and only in the evening
And for those who put it on in the morning, is there a way to apply it so that it doesn't get stuck up
I'll be waiting for your advice^^
