[Side Effects] Back pain in the kidney after taking pinfascia

As I've been working on after three weeks of pinfascia, my back kidney (the side close to the ribs) is in a lot of pain
It slowly disappears when I stop taking it, and I wonder if finpecia also causes side effects in the kidneys.

I thought it was because of what I was doing, but it kept hurting like muscle pain, so I stopped taking it because it didn't get better even after trying on pain relief patches.
After a week of suspension, the pain disappears little by little.
