[Dutasteride] Who's changed from Pina to Dutta

It's been a little less than two years since I've been on Pina series medication, and it's definitely better than before, but it hasn't had any dramatic effect..
I can cover it to a certain extent, but it's still obvious, so can I be a little greedy and transfer to Dutta?
Just because you didn't feel any side effects of the Pina series, there's no guarantee that you'll take Dutta and no side effects And do I get shading if I transfer?
