I shaved my head, so my scalp is exposed
Can I apply minoxidil solution the same as normal people?

The product is Cooo Minoxidil
The instructions are in English, so with short English skills
I read it and it says to apply 1ml

Shaving your head like me + the top of your head (about half the size of your palms)
