I think I've been taking it for 340 days a year,
I've been taking it for 5 years.

In my case, I'd like to share it with you,
From the 2nd to 3rd year after taking it, I think I felt a decrease in stiffness and decreased libido.
I tested it about once a month, but the semen had a high viscosity and came out thick yellow. I also had a small amount of assessment.
