It's been about a year and a half since I took medicine for m-shaped hair loss. I'm only eating avodat. So far, nothing is getting worse, but it seems to be maintained in a slightly improved state. The fine hair has increased, but the thickness is not recovering and it seems to be weakening little by little. I don't know what to do because I feel like I need to do something different.
