I lost some of the top of my head, so I can see my scalp and my hair is thin...

My bangs aren't M-shaped, but they're very thin...

Dermatologist told me to take ppe, so it's been almost 2 months now...

I'm not sure if it's going to get better...I think my bangs got thinner...

Is it possible that the ppe won't help at all? How much do I need to take to see if my ppe helps?

What's the phenomenon of shading?

It would be really painful if even Pfe didn't help...
