I ate Pina for the first time in my life and slept about 6 hours later

I don't have a problem until I go to bed, but when I wake up, I have dizziness that seems to be delayed by one temperature when I turn my head around

I feel dizzy, so I feel nauseous. It's quite uncomfortable
