[Finasteride] 용량 지키지 않았을때 효과는?

핀카를 5등분해서 먹습니다.
그런데, 5등분하다보니.. 정확하게 1mg씩 짤리지 않고, 부셔져서 버리는 것까지 생각하면,
평균 0.8mg 정도씩 복용하는것 같습니다.
1mg씩 먹어야 효과가 있다고 하는데.. 저와 같이 정 용량을 먹지 않으면.. 효과가 어떤가요?
전혀 없는건지?.. 덜 효과가 있는 건지? 알고 싶어요.
그리고, 과잉복용 (즉, 1.2mg 이나.. 1.5mg 처럼..)될 경우는 어떤가요? 효과와 위험도는?

9개월째인데.. 별루 효과가 없는 듯 하여.. 문의합니다.
(참고로.. 여전히 지루성 피부염은 제 정수리를 괴롭히고 있네요.)
