[Dutasteride] Is there a shading phenomenon when I transfer from pinasteride to dutasteride?

I'm in my mid-40s. I've been taking pinasteride for a little over 10 years. It had its own effect, but as I was in my 40s and beyond, I felt that my hair was definitely thinning. So I thought about it and recently changed to Dutasteride copy medicine. It's been a little over a month now, but my hair is falling out a lot. Will shading come if I transfer? Or maybe it's because the two strokes don't match?
.
And I had tiredness when I first ate pinasteride and then disappeared about a year later, but I think I did feel tired after taking Dutta.
