[Finasteride] Shading in the 8th month of taking pinasteride

It's been 8 months since I took pinasteride. Up to the first six months, there was a noticeable improvement, but recently, with the appearance of shading, it feels more empty than before taking it. I'm worried that I've lost more hair in the shower. Is there a case where shading comes this late even though it usually works? Photo 0 is before the start of taking it and 6 is the 6th month.
