[Dutasteride] It's getting worse after changing medicine

Hello, I would like to inquire about symptoms and side effects after switching hair loss medicine.

I've been taking Propecia for about 7+ years, and I've been in good shape with no side effects. Recently, however, the hair on the top of the head and bangs has started to be pushed again, so I changed the medicine to avodat, which is known to be more powerful, about seven months ago and am taking it.

The problem is that now, in the 7th month of taking adot, my hair is not losing less, but rather my bangs and top of my head are being pushed more than when I eat Proxia. In addition, there are symptoms of sexual dysfunction that have never been seen before, which is mentally stressful.

I understand that avodat usually blocks hair loss-causing hormones more strongly, but is it common for hair loss to progress and have sexual side effects like me? I don't know if it's a temporary shading phenomenon or if the medication isn't right, so I'm wondering if I should go back to the existing medication. Please give me some advice on how to respond.
