I feel like I'm losing my hair even though I'm taking Propecia... Do you think the medicine doesn't work?

Hello. It's been about a few months since I took Propecia, but I feel like my hair loss is progressing more recently, so I'm leaving a message with anxiety.

Even though I've been eating consistently every day as prescribed, I can feel that the thickness of my hair is noticeably reduced, and the top of my head and the front line seem to be much more hollow than before, so I'm stressed every day when I look in the mirror. I looked it up on the Internet and found that there is a temporary period (initial elimination), but in my case, it seems to last too long for that period, so I wonder if the ingredients of this drug itself don't suit me well.
