I'm currently using head and shoulder shampoo after eating the pka.
It's been only a week since I had my photo card, and I've been using my shampoo for about three days...

I used to have a lot of oil on my hair and face before...
I'm wearing glasses, but my glasses are sliding down because of the grease on my face...And even in the middle of winter, even if I didn't put lotion on my face, my face was shiny because of the oil protection...And the scalp..
He was a very oil king.

However, after eating the pka, the face, hair, and oil were blocked by about 90%.
I also buy head-and-shoulder seborrheic shampoo because my hair is almost shaved so I can see the condition of my hair in detail...But my scalp looks like it's breaking apart, but I'm getting a lot of dead skin cells...

I don't know if it's because I haven't been able to take off the scalp properly...It's like if you peel off the dead skin, it becomes dandruff... Or I'm not sure if I'm getting trouble because I have a problem with shampoo.
I took Pca and was wondering if my skin was dry in general, so I use a medium to dry shampoo, so my scalp is very oily...

I think this is a complete survival dilemma;;;
