얼마전에 pc방에서 70~90시간 자리에 앉아 게임을 하던
청년이 사망한일이 있었습니다..원인은..머리에? 혈종이 생겼다고
한것 같은데요..(죄송 기억이 잘 않나서)
다리 허벅지,대퇴부의 정맥이 피가 흐르지 않은게 원인이라나 뭐 그렇게
들은것 같습니다..
그러니..장시간 자리에 앉아 있는것도 혈액순환에 좋지 않겠죠..
불가하다면 가끔 일어나 운동도 해주심이 좋겠습니다...
(요즘 대부분의 젊은층이 pc나 게임기 tv앞에 앉아 보내는 시간이 많은고로..)
