우선 제가 잘하고 있는지 모르겠습니다. (방법이)
확실한거는 약 복용하고 뭐 하고 시작하기 전보다 확연하게 더 빠졌습니다. m자에 머리도 많이 가늘어지고요
하지만 가을이니깐 셰딩이겠지 좋아지겠지 하는 마음으로 계속 하고 있습니다.

우선 아침에 출근하기전 머리에 뭘좀 바르느라 아침에 저녁으로 2회 머리를 감습니다. (헤드엔 숄더 지성용)
그리고 저녁 8시경에 프페를 먹습니다. 그리고 자기 전에 미녹을 바르죠 솔직히 하루에 두번을 못바르겠더라구요
담배는 올초에 끊었습니다.
이렇게 한지 2개월이 지났군요 이제 약도 일주일치 남고 다시 처방해야 하는데 솔직히 두렵습니다.

어떻게 어떻게 하면 머리스타일로 간신히 탈모인거 티안나게 했는데 이제는 -_-;; 힘드네요 m다음 단계로 가려는 듯 -_-;;

거기다가 가을이라 바람도 많이 불고 ㅠ,.ㅠ 받아 들이려고 해도 이제 26인데 쩝...

그 희망이라는게 뭔지... -_-;;

암튼 제가 하고 있는 방식이 옳은건지 조언 부탁드립니다.

모든 탈모로 걱정하는 분들에게 하루 빨리 완벽한 무언가가 나오길 바라며!!
