어느 분이 그러더군요 제일 좋은 방법은 가루로 내서 정확히 5등분 해서 먹는거라고...

하지만 실상 가루내서 먹는게 쉬운일은 아니죠.

그래서 저 같은 경우에는 조그만가위로 5등분을 해서 먹고 한꺼번에 잘라서 저장해 두었다가 먹는것이

아니라 5일마다 잘라서 가장작은 조각을 주변가루와 같이 먹습니다.
(그리고 큰조각의 것을 조금 잘라서 먹어 각각의 크기를 맞추려고 노력합니다.)
