안녕하세요
지날 11월19일 인터넷(medixin.com)으로 프카주문했는데
주문폭주로 바로처리 불가하고
주문에 대한 처리후 확인메일을 곧보낸다는 메세지를 받았는데
아직까지 아무런 답변이 없습니다.

그래서 이대로 기다리면 되는건지
어제 그쪽 운영팀(mail@medixin.com)으로
으로 메일을 보내 놓았는데 아직까지 아무런 답변이 없습니다.

정상적으로 받으신분들 이야기로는 주문후 15~18일 정도 소요된다고
하던데

아무런 확인메일을 못받은 상태에서 그냥기다면 되는건지
나만 확인메일을 못받은 건지 알고 싶어서 글 올립니다.

아시는 분이나
저와 같은시기에 주문하고 확인메일을 받으신분 계신가요?
답변부탁합니다.
