몸에서 성분이 빠져나가는데 한달이 걸린다고 하니까요..

하루정도는 괜찮지 않을까요

그리고 하루만에 막 호르몬이 쏟아져 나와 머리를 몽땅 뽑아놓을일은 없을테니까요.

근데 이런거 자주 하면 않좋을거같은데..

뭐 가끔 하루는 실수로 빠트리면 괜찮겠지만

너무 자주이면 그것도 않좋을것 같네요
