설명서에 만 19인가 18부터 든데

제금 87년 생으로 생일 지났습니다.(*고3)(


먹고 있긴 한데 (대략 한달 쪼금더됨.()

지금 먹는것 위험한가요???

대략 키크는것도 멈추고 그랬는데

그리고 먹다가 간때문에 1~2달 정도 쉬었다가 먹으려고 하는데요.. (1년정도 먹고나서.(


이렇게 쉬었다가 먹으면 더 안좋은지요?

마지막으로

어느정도 효과 보면 2일에 한알씩 먹는것은 어떤가요??
