1년 반동안 먹고 있는데...많이 좋아진듯 하지만
초기에 느꼈던 피곤함이 밀려오는거 같네요!

잠을 많이 자도 오후 3시만 되면 몸이 나른에 지고 눈이 감길려고 합니다!
매일 그러는건 아니지만.....
