[Finasteride] 피나스타 처방받고 먹고 있는데 머리가 더 빠지네요 이게 쉐딩현상인가요??

약 보름 전에 피부과 가서 탈모 1.5기 진단 받고 피나스타 라는 약을 처방받았습니다
약 먹기 전에는 보통 머리감을때 40-50가닥 정도 빠졌습니다 약 먹고도 보름 정도는 그정도로 빠졋고요
그런데 어제 세어보니 100가닥은 빠진 거 같더군요 오늘도 100가닥 정도;; 욕조에 물막고 세어봐,ㅆ어요
이게 쉐딩 현상인지요?/ ㅠ.ㅠ 갑자기 약 던져버리고 싶네요
계속 먹어야 될까요??
