안녕하십니까??

지금 제목과 같이 제가 매일매일 하고 있는 일입니다..

전 27살인데...20살때부터 프카 하다....요즘 와서 내성이 생겨서 그런지 다시 앞머리가 막 빠지기 시작해서...

이제 올것이 왔구나 해서...미녹시딜을 바르고 있습니다.(1주일정도 되었군요)..

술은 뻥안치고 1년전부터 딱 2잔 마셨습니다.(맥주)..그리고 담배는 끊은지 3달 되었구요...(원래 한 5-6년피웠구)

운동은 원래 계속 해왔는데....3달전부터 담배 끊고..헬스랑 조깅 30분씩 병행하고 있고....몸을 만들려니깐 두부, 콩 같은 단백

질과, 매일 1컵씩 비타민 보충을 위해 생딸기 우유주스를 갈아 마십니다....

제가 지금 할 수 있는 것을 다 했다고 생각하는데....솔직히 모발이식은 비용면에서나 고통면에서나 별 생각이 없구요....

가발도 문제고.....

제가 여기서 더 할 수 있는 일이 뭡니까???혹시 부족한것 있으면 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.

최선을 다하고 있습니다....심지어 잠도 6-7시간이상식 꼭 자고 있습니다.
