저녁에 미녹바르고 자고 아침에1시간일찍일어나서 물로머리만행구고 미녹바르고 1시간후에 머리감고나가면 어떤가요 ?
근데 아침에 일어나서 미녹바를때 삼푸로머리깨끗이 감고 발라야돼는건가요?
아님 물로머리만행구고 발라도 돼는건가요?
아님 머리안감고 그냥발라도돼는건가요?
