비타민c과다요법으로 바꿨습니다.
이제 2달 넘어갑니다.
전체적으로 피부 겁나 좋아지더군요.
겨울에 초건조성 피부로돌변해서, 세수하면 금새 각질 엄청 많이 생겼었죠.
그런데 비타민c요법히우 각질이 사라졌습니다.
등에 여드름같은 거 나는 체질인데, 그런것도 없어졌습니다.
두피에 자잘한 염증도 많이 줄었습니다.
피로감이 사라졌습니다. 5시간자도 버틸만 합니다.
예전에 탈모 증세 있을땐 몸이 많이 피곤합니다..
머리빠지는것도 줄었습니다.
이것은 체감을 하는것이..
방청소하면 나의 피눈물같은 빠진 머리카락이 보이는데
어느새 많이 줄었습니다.
새로 나는 것은 없지만, 빠지는 것은 줄었습니다.
특히머리감을떄도 줄었습니다.

하루 6g복용해야하는데, 아침에 2g 밤에 2g먹습니다. 챙겨먹기 귀찮아서..
이렇게 먹습니다.
그리고 커피 마시지 않고, 비타500먹습니다.
