[Dutasteride] Ph.P.F.E? Avodat?

I understand that there is a difference in the types of hormones controlled by Propecia and Avodat.

I know that avodat controls two hormones, so theoretically, isn't avodat better?

Most hair loss people seem to be taking Propecia...

Three years ago, I had a hair transplant and I wasn't on medication...

After that, the density decreased little by little, so I'm going to start taking medicine because I think the top of my head is overflowing...

Would it be better? Would an avodat be better?

If possible, I want something that has less side effects and is effective...

I'd like you to compare it in terms of side effects and effectiveness.
