[Finasteride] 프패 3년쯤 복용중인데, 일정기간 끊엇다 먹는게 좋을까요??

정확히는 2년10계월 복용햇고요..
한 2년은 거의 꾸준히 먹엇고,
그뒤 1년은, 꾸준히 먹으면서 1.5일에 한알씩 먹을때도 많앗습니다
효과는, 3년동안 현상유지+약간의 발모이고요..
이제 차츰 내성이 생길때도 된것같은데,,
중간에 끊엇다가 먹는게 낫나요??몇주, 혹은 몇계월 정도 끊는게 좋나요??
아니면 지금처럼, 1.5일에 한알 ,2일에 한알로 양을 줄이는게 좋나요??
장기 복용자님들의 의견 많이 부탁드려요.......
