제 경우는 5부터 시작했고 2 나 3는 안해봤습니다 일반적으로 5가 효과가 더 좋다고 합니다 하지만 이미 다른 분들이 답변하셨듯이 부작용이 더 심할 지 모르겠습니다 제 경우 부작용은 없었습니다 개인차가 심합니다 몇를 사용할지는 궁금이님께서 적절히 판단하셔야 합니다
