If I were a doctor, I'd prescribe pinasteride first, and once the hair loss subsides
I think I would have prescribed Roacutane and Minoxidil once my acne calms down.

First of all, Roacutane is not very frequent, but it is a drug that has side effects that cause hair loss.
Pinasteride is also not very frequent, but shading is sometimes caused.
Minoxidil quite often results in shading.

If you start taking these drugs at the same time and you lose more hair, what's causing it
No one knows. The same goes for the professor.
