Even water that people cannot drink can be used as agricultural or industrial water.
So people around the world ask the Japanese government this question.
"If radioactive water from the Fukushima nuclear power plant is safe enough for humans to drink, why throw it into the sea instead of using it as agricultural or industrial water?"
But Koreans ask this question to the Korean government, and the Korean government gives answers that are difficult to understand.
A government that takes questions on behalf of another person's government and answers for another person's government is called a "monster (傀儡) government."
