이제 수술 9일차인데 머리 감각이 아직 둔한거랑 채취부위 주변이 콕콕 쑤시는거 이외엔
정상적인 생활을 하고있습니다.
의사선생님 말씀으로 수술후 며칠후부터 간단한 운동은 상관없다고 하시는데
보통 운동을 하면 40-50분 빨리 걷는식으로 등이 땀에 젖을정도로 운동하거든요.
웨이트말고 저정도 땀흘리는 정도의 운동은 괜찮을까요?
땀흘리고 곧바로 씻는다면 운동하지 않는것보다 건강이나 생착에 더 좋을것같은데..
선배님들의 지식좀 나눠주세요ㅎ
