오늘부터 전자 담배로 바꿨습니다.
술 끊은지는 3주 됐구요
술끊는 시점부터 운동시작해서 유산소운동 한시간씩 합니다.
문제는 담배입니다. 물론 끊어야겠지요.이십년 넘게 피어 오던것을 끊을라니 만만치가 않네요.
궁여지책으로..전자담배로 바꾸긴 했는데
이것또한 안좋겠지요.
식습관..술..이런것들은 문제가 안되는데..담배가 제일 걱정입니다..전자담배도 안좋겠지요?
