밑의 알림이님의 글과 안건영선생님의 글을 잘 읽었습니다.
제3자의 입장이라 뭐라고 할수는 없지만 제가 건의하고 싶은게 있네요.
우선 알림이님의 글이 사실이라면 병원에서 응분의 책임을 반드시 져야한다고 생각합니다. 다른 성형수술도 실패할 확률이 있듯이 모발이식도 반드시 성공한다고 보장할수는 없겠죠. 실패, 즉 머리가 안나오는것뿐만 아니라 머리숱의 형태라든지 머리카락의 조화같은 것들이 눈에 띄게 이상할 경우에는 분명 보상을 해줄수 있는 제도가 있어야 한다고 생각합니다.
그리고 또 하나는 수술받을 사람이 의사선생님을 선택할수 있는 권한이 있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 어쩌면 당연한거 아닐까요? 고운세상하면 안건영선생님을 떠올릴테고 대부분 안건영선생님께 수술받길 원할겁니다. 하지만 워낙 바쁘시면 다른 선생님께 받아도 되는지 환자에게 문의할수 있어야 합니다.
그리고 이건 다른 질문이지만 왜 고운세상피부과는 모발이식수술비가 비싼지 공개적으로 밝혀주실수는 없는지요. 다른 병원과 비교해서 수술코스트가 더 나가는 요소가 있는지 밝혀주신다면 모발이식수술받을 사람들에게 더 신뢰감을 주지 않을까 사료됩니다.
병원에 개인적으로 질문을 공개적으로 하게 되어 대단히 실례가 될지 모르나 안건영선생님의 병원이 더욱 믿음을 받기 위해서 대답해주셨으면 합니다.
