I canceled it the day before the surgery due to personal reasons.

I had paid 10% of the reservation fee

Due to the sudden notification, I felt sorry for the hospital, and there were regulations from the hospital, so I couldn't ask for it...

However, it's such a big cost, so I think it would be nice to get a part of it, if not all 10% (sighing)

I was wondering if anyone knows what to do with a case like this...Is it too much to ask?
