흡연에 관하여

피며 조금 날렸습니다. 그런데 이 사이트에서 보니까 한국의사들이 한달간 금연 하라고 한다는 글들이많이 있길래 확인삼아 이곳 병원에 전화문의를 해보니 전혀 상관 없다면서 "Enjoy it !" 이라고 자신있게 이야기하더군요. 흡연이 생존율에 별 영향이 없으니까 금연을 권하지 않는 것이겠지 라고 생각합니다. 최소한 이들은 지난 30년가까운 임상데이타를 기초로 흡연의 무영향성을 자신하고 있는듯 합니다.제가 시술한 B병원과 경쟁관계에 있는 MHR(Medical Hair Restoration)은 TV광고에서 이식한 숫자에 대해 생존율이 부족할 경우 무료로 재시술을 공식적으로 보장한다고 합니다.그만큼 생존율에 대해 자신있다는 말이고 이 이야기는 그들의 임상데이타가 이미 충분하여 시술전.후 환자 준수사항에 대해 정확하고 안정적인 정보를 준다는 말이라고 생각합니다.수술 후 48시간후면 머리를 감아도 된다라든지 하는 항목말이죠. 한국의사들은 이틀 후가 아니라 4일 후를 권하는듯 한데 그 임상적 자료가 이곳과 다르게 나왔으니 그기간을 권했으리라 좋게 생각하고 싶군요.예를 들어 동양인 특성상 이틀만에 머리감으면 생존율이 98%에서 96%로 2% 감솔한다와 같은 자료 말입니다.
