First of all, I will upload the details of the surgery I received.

Everyone is asking for information in a note or comment anyway, so I just write it down in writing.

---------------
Hospital: Dr. Charm
Surgical method: plastid nasogastric incision
Parameters: 2300 Mo M-character calibration
Price: 4.4 million won
For medication: X
---------------

1. My own criteria for choosing a hospital

First, the way employees respond
We focused on customer response methods such as counter staff and managers.
The reason is that hair transplant surgery leads to a lot of anxiety afterwards. It's the size of a bean in just one hair follicle
When I have questions or anxiety, I have to constantly contact the hospital, so I focused on how to respond to customers and service minds.

Second. A single-person housekeeper
In large hospitals, except for the CEO, the rest of the directors do not know when they will leave
If there is a problem in the future, it becomes difficult to ask. So I chose the first hospital of the first hospital.

Third, the hospital that is often mentioned in Daemo
Why not

Fourth. The wrapping paper of the house
When you go to counseling, there is a doctor who is distracted or bothers the counselor as the counseling time increases.
These hospitals were immediately excluded without mercy. He said he knows the concentration when performing surgery for at least five hours later and how to respond to patients in the event of a problem in the future. Actually, I didn't think about the price at all. It'll be 100 to 200 even if there's a big difference, but honestly, it's money that's saved quickly if you eat a little less.
I didn't want to get it from a doctor who was not good and cheap to save money.

2. a surgical procedure

I often suffer from seborrheic scalp inflammation, so first of all, a month before surgery, I took a pill a day of loa silicate after asking the hospital. The reason was to stabilize the scalp first and prevent the progress of surgery from deteriorating in the event of seborrheic scalp inflammation. (Taking it in normal times)
If you live with seborrheic scalp infection like me, you can refer to it.

I stopped all medications (including vitamins) 10 days before the operation. This was a hospital notice.
After visiting the hospital on the day of surgery, you get an antibiotic injection (ringer) that helps prevent inflammation and a hip injection that helps stop the bleeding during surgery. This injection actually hurt more than the surgery. It really feels like someone is putting a needle the size of a forearm in their buttocks. (Feels like my back is bending)

Now we're officially going into the operating room. Lie down on a bed with a perforated face, then divide the sections and proceed with partial shaving. And inject propofol into the drip. After that, local anesthesia (leadership) is performed on the transplant site of the collection site. When you wake up in about 10 to 30 minutes, you're pulling your hair out.

When the collection is finished, the transplant is performed on the transplant site. When anesthesia is briefly released in the middle, if you tell the surgeon, it will cause local anesthesia. I chatted nonstop with the doctor and surgical nurses for the duration of the operation (approximately 6 hours)..
At the end of the operation, the nurses clean up your hair.

I started the surgery at 3 p.m. and finished past 10 p.m. If you have surgery in the afternoon, make sure to get a prescription in advance
Please bring your medicine. Or, after the surgery, the surrounding pharmacy is already closed, so you may not be able to receive the medicine.

3. after surgery

Day 1 -
My forehead is swollen and I have bruises on my temples after surgery.
Immediately after surgery, the anesthesia is less relieved, so there is actually no pain. The back of the head is a really stinging, painful, uncomfortable, and unspeakably annoying pain. It was a non-cut method, but it hurt a little. What should I say? It's not a big pain, but it's a very annoying pain.. And the saline spray that the hospital gave me (commonly referred to as a fresh spray) was applied every 30 minutes.
Also, I slept with both arms in a hooded zip-up so I couldn't move them. (A series of real pain)

Day 3 -
It's finally time to wash my hair.
I come to the hospital and get shampoo. At this time, it gives you the coolest feeling in the world and at the same time gives you the stingiest pain on the back of your head. If you endure it well, the hospital will give you shampoo to clean the transplant area (volvik transform)

Day 10 -
In the meantime, I've been shampooing steadily every day and I've been applying erroban (anti-champsia ointment) to the back of my head.
I didn't have any significant follicular inflammation or anything like that. By the 10th day or so, the back of my head is almost healed and the pain is gone. At this time, my scalp's sensation returned to about 90%.
And I come to the hospital and exfoliate.

4. One month to the present feeling (46 days)

I went ahead with the cut when it was exactly one month old. I didn't take any hospital-sponsored cuts
The back of the head has grown to the point where you can hardly tell, and in fact, a lot of transplant parts have been lost, so anyone can see that it has been transplanted. For your information, I put my forehead up.

Now, on the 46th day, 70% of the transplant hair is missing and it is still falling out. I don't know yet if they're eliminated together.
However, there is a feeling that the back of the head or other parts are slightly less than usual. I think it's because my scalp is under a lot of stress.

The sensation of the scalp has returned to about 95%, and folliculitis has been repeatedly formed and disappeared from time to time for about one to two a week. I'm experiencing both the inflammation that comes up as soon as it festers and the inflammation that comes up as it bruises inside
If you apply antibiotic ointment frequently, it will subside quickly within 2-3 days.

A lot of people have follicular inflammation, a broken transplant hair, no transplant hair, or a little too much
They're surprised like a bird's chest even if there's a fallen leaf
I don't care too much because it's a caution that something will happen or not even if I worry.
You can get an AS after a year.

I can't say yet that the surgery was successful and well done.
We just entered the dark ages. I think it's too early to judge (in fact, I don't even know the dark ages). As usual), I think the results will come out roughly in about six months.

5. the last thing to say

-Before you decide on surgery, be sure to take a closer look at the staff (including doctors)

-If your scalp is not in good condition, please take care of it steadily from a month ago to increase your condition tension.

-You draw a guide for the transplant on the day of surgery, but if you don't like it, please tell me. There is no turning back when you enter the operating room.

-Hair follicles, inflammatory reactions are one of the most common reactions. Don't be so happy and relax

-I hope you get good results.
- There is a case of posting a photo review of a specific hospital at the same time as signing up, so the name of the hospital will be deleted from the photo review that includes the name of the hospital in addition to the "photo evaluation bulletin board."
- Regardless of the content, the comparative evaluation of A vs. B hospitals, recommendation inquiries, or answers comparing multiple hospitals will be considered advertisements and deleted without notification.
- Posts that are unintended by the publisher but generate indirect promotional benefits to the hospital will be deleted without notification.
