좀 늦었긴 하지만, 약물 치료가 가능한 시기라고 봅니다.
특히 그 아래로 늘어뜨린 앞머리의 시작점(헤어라인)이 중요할 것 같은데
가려있어서 잘 안보이는군요.
C(U)자형 탈모입니다. M 자형은 양쪽 사이드는 많이 빠져도 앞머리가
상대적으로 밀도가 꽤 높거든요.
양쪽 사이드가 다 채워지는 건 불가능하겠지만, 위쪽 머리가 약물로 치료되면
그 머리들이 아래로 내려와 가려지는 것을 기대할 수 있을 겁니다.
사진 게시판에 제 치료 사진도 참고하시구요. 양쪽 사이드도 약물 효과가
있긴한데, 잔털이 남아있는 것과 맨살인 것은 상당한 차이가 있습니다.

지금 상태로라면, 모발 이식을 하더라도, 약물도 병행하셔야 될 겁니다.
말기가 아니니까요. 그러니, 잘 생각해보시고 결정하셔야 됩니다.
저 개인적으로라면 약물, 약물만으로 안되는 경우 약물+증모제를 생각해볼
것 같습니다.
