저 여러분 제가 이식받고나서 나름대로 한달 지내면서
수술 받으실분들께 그냥 참고삼아 한 말씀드리고 싶어요.
별거 아니다 싶으실수도 있을테니 그냥 몸을위해 좋을것이다 생각하시고
참고하세요.
전 수술 받은그날부터 일주일간은 사골국을 주식으로 했어요
여러분도 아실테지만 사골국은 젤라틴 성분이 있어서 상처를 빨리 아물게 해주는 효과가
있답니다. 어차피 수술후 댁에서 쉬실분들은 사골국으로 식사하세요.
현비밥에 반찬으로는 생선살 나물 야채등으로요
또 비타민c랑 종합 미타민영양제도 먹구요..
음료수로는 우유,오렌지쥬스,알로에쥬스 이런걸로 드세요.
위의 음료들은 모두 상처치유에 도움이 되는 음료들이예요.
그리고 10시나11시전에 푹 주무시는거 잊지 마시구요.
피부 세포 재생이 가장 활발한 시간이 10-2시라지요??
