이곳에 글을 올리줄을 생각도 못했는데..
사랑하는 저의 남친이 모발 이식 수술을 바로 어제.. 그러니깐 딱 하루하고 6시간 20분이 지나가네여..
좀더 나은 모습으로 자신감을 찾을 수 있는 계기가 되겠죠!!!
아직은 아픈게 심하지 않다고하니 참 다행이라 생각듭니다.
같은 경우를 겪고 계신 분들도 물론 저의 남친과 같이 겪어보지 않고는 알수없는 그런 맘일거라구요..!
다름이 아니라 수술을 하시고 난 분들의 좋은 조언을 듣고자 이렇게 글을 올리고 있습니다..
수술한지 얼마 안되는 분부터 수술하고 많은 시간을 지내신분들..
본인과 옆에 있는 사람들이 어떡게 도움을 줄수 있는지 묻고 싶어서요..
주의 해야 할 일들이나 머리에 좋은 음식들, 운동, 생활습관, 식단등
수술 하신분들이나 좋은 상식을 알고 계신분들의 글을 보고
참고 하고 싶어 적어보았습니다.
