뭐.. 다른분들 약 드시는것 있잖아요? 그런것 같이 복용해주면 좋다고는 얘기들었었거든요?
원한다면 처방전 써준다고 원장님께서 그러셨었는데...
전 그냥 헤어라인 성형하고파서 수술한거니깐.. 굳이 그런 약까진 먹고싶지 않더라구요.

그냥 머리에 스트레스주면 안될것같아서.. 자주 들여다보며 신경쓰진 않았구요..
두피에 좋다는.. 해초류.. 단백질류.. 그런것 많이 먹었네요..^^
산모마냥 미역국 끓여먹구..
두부랑 콩 많이먹었어요.
이런게 도움이 됐을진몰라두...
그냥 맘 편히 가지구.. 건강히 생활하믄서~
