사람마다 틀립니다.
글구 너무 집에만 있지 마세요. 붓기 더 안빠집니다.
맑은공기도 쐬고 가벼운 스트레칭하고 걷기 운동을 하는게 오히려 더 붓기 빠지는데 좋아요.
수술하고 10 흘정도는 힘들었던것 같네요.
아프고.. 뭐하고 뭐해서염..
